Class 2 Drivers - Multi drop Rugby long term temporary contract £14.50 ph. Reliable and flexible Class 2 Drivers needed within the Rugby area. Curbside deliveries using pump trucks, some sites will use a forklift, well planned routes. Ad hoc and 5 out of 7 working week between Monday and Friday.
General responsibilities:
- Ensure the vehicle is legal and roadworthy at all times - all daily checks are completed, and any vehicle defects are reported.
- Ensure the correct goods have been loaded and are secure before moving the vehicle.
- Carry out multi-drop deliveries in a timely manner and in accordance with the law (including drivers working time regulations).
- Double check deliveries with the customer whilst providing a polite and helpful experience.
- Obtain relevant signatures and paperwork before moving on to your next drop/depot.
To be considered you must have:
- Class 2 licence
- Current DQC card and Digital Taco card
- At least 12 months experience on UK roads
- No more than 6 points (no IN DR or DD codes)
- Physically fit
- Great customer service
This role offers you:
- Between £14.50 ph
- Flexibility with Ad hoc shifts or full weeks
