Class 1 Drivers Coventry Various start times Ad hoc and long term temporary contract £15.00-£21.00 per hour (LTD Welcome) Reliable and Flexible Class 1 Drivers needed within the Coventry area. Ad hoc and 5 out of 7 working week between Monday and Friday, experience with flatbed, curtain sider, refrigeration trailers. General Haulage, Multi drop and ADR contracts, looking for some superstars who have a real passion for the job! And in return some nice long term prospects. General responsibilities: Ensure the vehicle is legal and roadworthy at all times – all daily checks are completed, and any vehicle defects are reported. Ensure the correct goods have been loaded and are secure before moving the vehicle. Carry out trunking and multi-drop deliveries in a timely manner and in accordance with the law (including drivers working time regulations). Double check deliveries with the customer whilst providing a polite and helpful experience. Obtain relevant signatures and paperwork before moving on to your next drop/ depot.To be considered you must have: Class 1 licence, Current DQC card and Digital Taco card. At least 12 months experience on UK roads.
