We are looking for a new CAD technician to help out within the design office at a busy sheet metal company in Coventry. Strictly office based, you will be importing / creating 2D drawings, saving to directories, making tweaks / small changes, exporting to GEO files for laser cutting and quoting customers via phone. It's a typical CAD technician role working with sheet metal products (not building supplies).
To be considered:
- You need to be local to Coventry CV6
- Have strong AutoCAD experience
- Some exposure to sheet metal (ideally flatbed laser cutting but absolutely NOT civil / architectural)
This role offers you:
