Solvit Recruitment are looking for Multi Drop Van Drivers. Are you an experienced Multi-drop Van Driver? Do you have over 1 years’ experience? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you looking for a full-time position?
You will spend your first 4 weeks through Solvit Recruitment which you will be paid weekly. After a successful 4 weeks you will be offered a full-time position.
Solvit Recruitment are currently recruiting for Multi Drop Van Drivers to work with a Parcel company who value their team and have an excellent reputation. You will have your own set route of deliveries and collections from business users to general households in the Leicestershire area. You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and take pride in your work.
Your first week you will be teamed up with another driver learning the route and the processes. You will have experience as a multi-drop van driver, a clean licence, and not served a ban in the last 5 years. You will build relationships with your customers through excellent customer service skills.
You will be given your daily route and schedules which you will follow in a timely manner. Your collections will require loading, with some loads being up to 30kg. This will be Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:30. When full time, you will have 1-4 Saturdays which will be from 07:00 to 12:00. A bonus will be available, with average hours being 47.5 per week.
Rate of Pay:
- Monday to Friday: £13.00 per hour
- Weekly: £617.50
- Yearly from: £32,110 + £1200 Bonus
Requirements:
- UK Driving Licence with over 1 year commercial driving
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Previous multi-driving experience
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, both oral and written
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries
- No DR, DD, TT, IN and not served any bans in the last 5 years
