Inbound Call Centre Operative- Ad hoc shifts Daventry (fully office based) Shifts will vary from AM, PM and nights- YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT £12.50(Apply online only)) £15.00(Apply online only)) We are looking for an experienced customer services person who can work as bank staff within a busy call centre in Daventry to cover staff sickness and holidays. You could be called for an AM, PM OR NIGHT SHIFT- so you MUST be able to work any shift! This job is perfect for if you are a student looking to pick up extra shifts or for someone that just wants a few shifts here and there to work around family! You will be taking calls from social services, police and other official bodies and expected to handle the call, book appropriate adults to attend interviews and manage a diary. There will be use of computers, lots of inbound call and its very fast-paced working within a smaller team. To be considered you MUST be local to Daventry, reliable enough to work the shift and the pattern, has excellent communication skills, good personal organisation and be willing to see problems without to competition. This role offers you: £12.50 -£15.00 p/hour Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment Lots of training and support.
