Full time - Temp to perm - Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Experienced B2B outbound telesales executive needed for an immediate start in Daventry. Cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting.
£15.00 per hour, weekly pay, temp to perm.
We’re recruiting 3 x full time outbound telesales staff for a busy call centre in Daventry.
This is pure outbound new business.
No account management.
No inbound.
Your role
- High volume outbound B2B cold calling
- Lead generation and appointment setting
- Qualifying business customers in the energy, car leasing and telecoms sectors
- Using a dialler and CRM system
- Hitting daily call and appointment targets
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in B2B outbound telesales, telemarketing or cold calling
- Lead generation or appointment setter experience
- Confident, resilient and target driven
- Comfortable with diallers and CRM systems
- Able to work fully office based in Daventry (no hybrid or remote)
Please note: account management or inbound-only experience will not be suitable.
