Solvi Digital is a creative digital marketing agency based in the UK, helping brands scale through content, storytelling, and smart strategy. We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and can bring ideas to life through impactful visual content. If you love creativity, live and breathe social media design trends, and want to work in a collaborative and ambitious team, this role is for you.

Tasks

  • Create visually compelling graphics for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), blogs, emails, and other digital channels.
  • Design assets using Canva Pro, Adobe Express, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
  • Turn raw content (e.g., footage from shoot days) into polished, on-brand visuals.
  • Collaborate with the team during daily stand-ups to align on tasks and share creative input.
  • Follow content calendars and deliver design assets efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain high quality and attention to detail, with a critical eye for self-review.
  • Keep up with design and content trends to test new creative angles, formats, and styles.
  • (BIG BONUS) Edit short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Videoleap, or similar tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a graphic design or video editing role (agency or freelance).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Express, Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and other smart editing tools like Videoleep, Capcut, Captions.
  • Strong portfolio.
  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks at once and deliver quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent understanding of digital and social-first design best practices.
  • A creative mindset and strong visual storytelling skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
