The Plumber will be responsible for delivering responsive maintenance, repairs, and installations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and cost-effectively while delivering a first-class service to our customers. This role will provide a plumbing service for primarily domestic but potentially commercial and industrial buildings, ensuring safety guidelines are followed and complying with all relevant codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to provide courteous and considerate service to customers
- Fault-finding and repairs for plumbing and heating systems
- Perform replacements, servicing, and installation of sanitary ware
- Follow instructions to meet client needs
- Maintain the highest levels of health and safety, using appropriate safety equipment
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of relevant site-based or company documentation (electronically or paper-based) as required by the contract
Essential Criteria:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Knowledge of domestic plumbing systems
- Time-served or appropriately qualified with demonstrable relevant experience
