Summary: Due to continued business growth and new client opportunities, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing first line support, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining high service standards for both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client telephone and online queries.
  • Accurately input & manage data within a live client database.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for team of engineers and contractors.
  • Monitor and help maintain service levels and performance KPIs.
  • Allocate and schedule response calls to the appropriate co-ordinators.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Effective decision-making abilities and a high level of diplomacy.
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
