Summary: Due to continued business growth and new client opportunities, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing first line support, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining high service standards for both clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client telephone and online queries.
- Accurately input & manage data within a live client database.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for team of engineers and contractors.
- Monitor and help maintain service levels and performance KPIs.
- Allocate and schedule response calls to the appropriate co-ordinators.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Effective decision-making abilities and a high level of diplomacy.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
