Overview - One of our clients is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Specialist to join their global team. This role involves providing expert support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform systems, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, end users, and the CRM supplier to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Manage system releases, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Lead user activities such as UAT and user group forums.
  • Collaborate with external vendors while protecting business interests.
  • Analyze trends to improve user experience and system efficiency.
