Job Title – Technical Consultant/Architect. (FO/F&SCM/AX)

Location: Ashford, Kent UK.

Job Type: Contract. (Inside IR35).

Work Mode: Hybrid (Mainly Remote, travel maybe 1-2 Days per week (But can be flexible).

Travel: Occasional Travel to London and Europe. Expenses reimbursed.

About the Role

We\’re looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX Technical Consultant/Architect. This role requires deep expertise in D365 FO/FSCM/AX implementations, integrations, and technical development. If you have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations, and the ability to design complex system architectures, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Led and executed end-to-end implementations of D365 FO/FSCM/AX, ensuring seamless integrations with external applications.
  • Design and optimize large technology landscapes, including multiple system integrations.
  • Provide technical development and troubleshooting expertise in areas like SSRS, Workflows, Deployments, Alerts, Email, Data Management, and Role Permissions.
  • Work with On-Prem and Azure deployments for D365 FO/FSCM/AX.
  • Drive integration strategies using SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, Mulesoft, SPS Commerce, EDI, and more.
  • Lead service engineering activities and oversee 3PL integrations.
  • Collaborate with business teams to create detailed design and integrated solution documents.
  • Optimize performance and provide recommendations for improving Microsoft Dynamics environments.
  • Implement and manage role-based security designs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5-15 professionals in onsite, nearshore, and offshore models.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Deep knowledge or strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX.
  • 4-5 full-cycle D365 FO/FSCM/AX implementations with external integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with ISVs integration, EDI applications like SPS Commerce, and business process areas (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Retail, etc.).
  • Excellent client interaction, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams with flexibility for onsite, nearshore, or offshore collaboration.
