We are currently looking for an Onsite IT Support Engineer with strong experience supporting CAD applications and engineering workstations. This role is hands-on and user-facing, focused on resolving incidents, maintaining local IT infrastructure, and ensuring stable and efficient IT environments for engineering teams.
Role Overview

- Assignment: 6 months + extensions
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and IT services
- Support and troubleshoot CAD applications and engineering workstations
- Resolve 2nd/3rd line incidents and escalations
- Handle service requests (hardware replacement, software deployment, peripherals)
- Maintain and support office IT infrastructure (network, meeting rooms, printers, plotters)
- Support onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes
- Perform patching, updates, and maintenance for CAD-related systems
- Collaborate with central IT teams and external specialists
- Ensure system performance and stability after changes
- Maintain accurate records in ITSM tools
- Contribute to IT projects (relocations, upgrades, rollouts)

- Strong experience in onsite IT support (2nd/3rd line)
- Experience supporting CAD applications and engineering environments
- Experience with hardware, laptops, peripherals, and specialized equipment
