We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to support a large-scale HR Transformation programme within the public sector. This is a long-term assignment where you will act as a bridge between business requirements and solution architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable Oracle HCM solutions.
Role Overview

- Duration: 2 years
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment)
- Translate business requirements into solution architecture and technical specifications
- Support HR transformation initiatives and roadmap planning
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams
- Ensure scalable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions
- Contribute to long-term delivery and system improvements
Key Requirements
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, or Recruitment)
- Experience in solution architecture within Oracle ecosystems
- Experience working on large-scale HR transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in public sector environments
- Experience with cloud-based HRIS platforms
- Fluent in English
