Your Role:
β Act as the CEOβs senior strategic partner and trusted advisor, providing counsel, managing high-priority initiatives, and ensuring execution on company goals.
β Lead research, analysis, and synthesis of complex market, regulatory, and competitive data to inform executive decision-making.
β Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, driving cross-functional projects from conception to completion in alignment with the CEOβs vision.
β Oversee the CEOβs schedule, prioritizing high-value engagements with investors, regulators, and board members, and managing all aspects of board and investor relations with precision and compliance.
β Represent the CEO in key internal and external meetings, building and maintaining strong relationships with regulators, financial institutions, legal advisors, and strategic partners.
β Ensure operational excellence by optimizing executive processes, producing high-quality communications and reports, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
