The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
- As a Territory Business Manager, you will manage and grow business across your territory by promoting Solventum’s IPSS portfolio.
- You will work closely with hospitals, clinicians, and procurement teams to understand needs, provide education, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance infection prevention and surgical performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed territory sales targets through effective account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with theatre staff, infection prevention teams, vascular access teams and procurement leads.
- Deliver product training, demonstrations, and educational sessions.
- Support clinical evaluations and product trials.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Manage CRM updates, reporting, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with Clinical Specialists and colleagues across Solventum.
- Represent Solventum professionally at hospital meetings and events.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:
- Degree (preferred) in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a medical sales or healthcare commercial role.
- Understanding of NHS structure and decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
