The Impact You’ll Make in this Role: As an Office Administrator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Providing essential administrative support to the Runcorn Service Centre and associated field service operations.
- Responsible for maintaining continuity of service.
- Working in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare services environment, the role ensures work orders are efficiently scheduled, accurately recorded, and clearly communicated to support operational performance, customer service, and service level delivery.
Your Skills and Expertise:
- Experience working in a fast-paced office or administrative environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Professional, confident, and friendly telephone manner.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Educated and qualified to a suitable level in English, Maths.
Work location: Onsite - Runcorn Service Centre. Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
