The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
- Applies broad knowledge and extensive experience to deal with variations in work conditions and operations to solve complex and diverse problems.
- Direct leadership responsibility for the work group with clearly defined roles.
- Reviews and approves work results conducted by the work group.
- Supervises customer service programs and ensures compliance with established customer service principles.
- Supervises professional and support level employees within specific disciplines in Customer Service.
- Handles non‑routine and multi‑faceted customer complaints/inquiries.
As a Process And Super User Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading a team supporting OTC SAP users, providing functional guidance and acting as the primary point of contact for OTC process related support questions across EMEA, delivering first line operational support to end users.
- Leading and coordinating cross regional training efforts for Customer Service and wider OTC teams, designing training plans, delivering expert sessions, and ensuring consistent knowledge transfer across the EMEA Customer Service Teams.
- Facilitating process understanding and governance, validating processes during workshops, ensuring Fit to Standard alignment, and supporting local teams in understanding processes and process impacts.
- Guiding and supporting the OTC Super Users with testing cycles (integration, UAT, defect triage), maintaining high‑quality execution standards and preparing Super Users to operate effectively within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Supporting cutover and business readiness activities, helping coordinate cross functional teams on data cleansing, order conversion, shipment prioritisation and operational readiness.
- Acting as a change Ambassador, supporting organisational change activities, reinforcing key messages, connecting global and local teams, and helping teams adopt new processes and systems.
Your Skills And Expertise:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher and a minimum of 7‑10 years relevant working experience.
- Expert/master knowledge and experience with the most current theories and practices related to SAP S4 Hana.
- In depth knowledge of Solventum structure, organization, and business.
- Cross‑functional knowledge of businesses.
- Solid market know‑how (competitors, trends, etc.) and utilizes this business knowledge to educate others.
- Knowledge of computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility is normally required.
- Generally requires the ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
- Minimum of three (3) years supervisory or management experience is desirable but not essential.
- Uses leadership and supervisory skills necessary for managing people such as knowledge of employment law, knowledge of corporate/location policies and procedures, effective communications, performance appraisal procedures, performance management, hiring and interviewing, documentation, interpersonal skills, coaching skills, change management, conflict resolution, delegation, goal setting, motivation, emotional intelligence, strategic planning.
- Proficient in using corporate/local systems, HR systems, sourcing payment systems, etc.
