The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
- Supporting, monitoring and guiding daily intercompany processes and transactions.
- Initiating and driving actions that lead to process improvements, improving service, speed and cost through the analysis of supply chain information and metrics.
- Providing application and process support through partnership with IT, business clients (global and transnational) and external business partners.
- Identifying IT requirements through analysis and design to support intercompany systems, including interfaces between applications, databases and system upgrades.
- Participating in the testing, training and deployment of new intercompany transactions and processes.
Your Skills and Expertise:
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivering operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions.
- Solid understanding of intercompany and related cross-functional processes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Operations.
- Proficiency in relevant ERP tools and systems (SAP, Power BI, Concur, Salesforce, etc.).
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken); any additional language is a plus.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires, at a minimum, the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of extensive experience in Intercompany, Supply Chain or Logistics.
Work location: UK – Remote. Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international travel. Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
