The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
- Leads the development and delivery of structured education programmes across Focus Accounts to support clinical adoption of NPWT therapies.
- Implements targeted training plans to support account conversions across acute and community settings, improving capability and confidence of end users.
- Supports product evaluations, placements, and clinical troubleshooting to ensure safe, effective use of NPWT solutions across customer environments.
- Delivers regular education sessions (including national virtual training) and supports key external events, congresses, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborates with commercial and marketing teams to develop customer resources and ensure consistent, high-quality clinical support across the territory.
- Willingness to support a phone based on call Rota alongside NPWT sales and clinical teams in providing product advice to customers.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND relevant experience in wound care or tissue viability OR Registered Nurse (RN) qualification or equivalent clinical registration AND relevant clinical experience in wound care or tissue viability.
- Clinical nursing background with hands-on experience in patient care within acute or community settings.
- Practical experience using Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) as part of clinical practice.
- Strong understanding of wound care principles, including assessment, management, and treatment pathways.
- Ability to deliver clinical education and training to healthcare professionals across multiple settings.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across territory.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Advanced wound care or tissue viability qualification.
- Experience supporting clinical education, product evaluations, or service improvement initiatives within the NHS.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Work Type: Field Base/ Remote
Work location: The primary territory covered will be across the region of Oxford, Swindon, and Bristol. Some travel may be required to the Head Office in Loughborough. Candidate Location - Ideally based within the Oxford - Swindon - Bristol corridor.
Travel: May include up to 100% domestic.
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
