The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, including joint activities to prioritized customers when required, ensuring alignment with business priorities and key growth areas.
- Support key customer penetration (KA, DSO) through technical / clinical expertise and education.
- Deliver education to dental professionals on the safe and effective use of Solventum products during Solventum events in a form of lectures, webinars and hands-on.
- Organize and support educational activities with KOLs.
- Support educational activities driven by third-party organizations. Represent Solventum at congresses, summits, dental academies, universities, and associations.
- Provide constant development of the sales team’s product knowledge, including NPIs. Support with product trainings for new hires following the Training & Education curriculum.
Your Skills and Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in dentistry/dental related studies.
- Strong product knowledge across the dental solutions product portfolio.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Product demonstration skills including hands-on.
- Strong customer focus; selling skills is a plus.
- Highly motivated, team player and confident communicator.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
Work location: United Kingdom
Work Type: Remote
Travel: May include up to 80% domestic/20% international.
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
