This is a frontline role converting qualified business decision-makers into long-term, high-value clients. You will run structured discovery and closing calls with warm and semi-warm B2B leads, handle objections confidently, and drive deals over the line. - Take prospects from discovery to decision: uncover needs, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and close.
- Own a personal sales pipeline: follow up consistently, maintain momentum, and keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets, contributing directly to team and company growth.

- Confident closer: comfortable discussing significant investments, handling price/time objections, and asking for the sale.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to speak to founders, C-level executives, and senior decision-makers.
- Competitive, ambitious and target-driven mindset - you like being on a leaderboard and winning.
- Resilient, coachable, and hungry to improve your craft through feedback, scripts, and ongoing training.
- Full-time office-based in London, able to work from 100 Bishopsgate Monday to Friday.
Compensation, Promotions & Benefits:
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE well above base for consistent performers.
- Clear promotion track: top closers in the office can move to £55,000 base plus uncapped commissions and percentage-based pay rises.
- Fast progression into Senior Closer or Team Lead roles for those who consistently hit and exceed targets.
- Training, scripts, and support provided - you focus on what you do best: closing deals.
