Experienced Quality Manager from a manufacturing background wanted for a busy site in Coventry.

This is a hands-on role where you take complete ownership of all quality processes within this site.

This will include looking at the processes used to create products, reduce waste, save costs, look at systems, identify trends which would suggest a process needs changing and managing and non-conformance.

It’s a key role for this my client a newly created role so we need someone who has real world experience in managing quality in a factory / manufacturing working with British Standards (ideally ISO 9001).

To be considered: you MUST be:

  • An existing quality manager with ideally 5 years’ experience or degree within a relevant field.
  • Excellent people skills and able to interact with workers at all levels within a business.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A master of lean techniques.
  • Someone who has experience working within ISO9001 and 14001.
  • Local to Coventry (we are NOT looking for re-locations)

This role offers you:

  • Β£45K – Β£50K (depending on quality experience with manufacturing)
