Rotating Shift (8-hour shift between 6 am and Midnight via a Rota System)

£12.83 + shift allowance when on the shift pattern

STOP: candidate MUST speak English + Spanish OR French (Fluent)

We are looking for 2 x Bilingual Customer Service Advisors who can work rotating shifts at a busy distribution centre that deals with commercial vehicle breakdowns all over Europe.

This role requires fluency in English and either Spanish or French.

You will handle calls from stranded drivers, book accommodation, communicate with repair centres, or arrange vehicle recoveries across Europe.

Responsibilities include computer use, email communication, inbound calls, and following established processes for customer interactions.

To be considered, it’s vital that you speak both English and either Spanish or French fluently.

In return, this role offers:

• £12.83 per hour (with increases during shifts)
