We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Account Manager to join our exciting team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your key tasks will include:

Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

Analysis of client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Leading client meetings and presentations to showcase products and services

Utilising of CRM tools to track client interactions and progress

Developing strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty

Working closely with Managers and other Team members to ensure efficient and excellent service delivery

Self-motivated and highly driven

A can-do attitude, team player and ability to work independently

Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems

Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Strong organisational, time management, and analytical skills

Solid work ethic, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, performing well under pressure and to deadlines

Experience in sales or account management is essential

Prior experience of working in a digital agency preferred

Ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights

Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
