Job Summary: As a Technical Specialist in Matlab, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative solutions for product development and sustenance delivery. You will lead your team in leveraging advanced Matlab capabilities to meet defined scope and standards while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices and current technologies, thereby enhancing our service delivery and overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and develop comprehensive solutions utilizing Matlab and Simulink to meet project and sustenance delivery goals through effective leadership of the team.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Matlab applications, providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure continuous knowledge enhancement by researching and integrating new technologies, ensuring solutions are current, high-quality, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions and skill development workshops for team members to build a robust workforce proficient in Matlab and related technologies, thereby mitigating delivery risks.
  • Gather detailed specifications from clients and deliver tailored solutions based on a deep understanding of domain-specific needs and technical requirements.
  • Review and assess project deliverables for compliance with quality standards, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
