About the role

We are looking for a super smart and talented Patent Litigator to lead and build out our patent litigation capability as we launch Charts, our new patent litigation product. You’ll be joining the most lean, talent-dense, and fast-moving legal team in London. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting patent prosecution-to-litigation handoffs across the IP lifecycle
  • Contributing to product development by translating litigation expertise into platform features

About you

As our founding Patent Litigator, you will have extensive experience handling complex patent disputes through associate or senior associate roles at top-tier litigation firms.

  • Based in NYC or London

Nice to have:

  • Experience across both life sciences and non-life sciences patent matters
