️ About the role

We are looking for super-talented full-stack engineers to help us build both the front-end and back-end of our products extremely fast. You’ll be joining the most lean, talent-dense, and fast-moving engineering team in London.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building the foundations of Solve Intelligence. You’ll be building the core, scalable foundations of our backend for a huge market – from the ground up. This isn’t a task to be taken lightly, and we’re excited to partner with people who are eager to dive headfirst into this opportunity.
  • Developing our user interface. Building state-of-the-art AI systems is one thing. But without a clean, intuitive, human-centric user interface, it won’t be adopted. You’ll be helping us plan, build, and iterate on our front-end UX.
  • Planning the product roadmap based on customer feedback. Everything we do at Solve Intelligence is based on customer feedback. You’ll need to help us extract insights from customer meetings to determine what we need to build to find product-market fit as quickly as possible.
  • Assembling a world-class engineering team. You’ll partner with our founding team to build, scale, and set the culture of our engineering team.

About Solve Intelligence

We’re the fastest growing startup building AI products to transform how IP professionals work. We’re building an AI-powered end-to-end platform to help with every aspect of invention harvesting, patent generation, and IP portfolio management (see TechCrunch, Series A announcement).

One year since we started Solve Intelligence as three hackers building cool stuff with AI, we’re growing super fast. Our revenue is increasing 20-30%+ month-on-month, and we’re now selling to 100+ IP teams across the US, Europe, Asia, and South America. These include some of the largest law firms in the world such as DLA Piper, smaller boutiques, solo practitioners, tech startups, and large enterprises.

Our users love our product, reporting 50-90% efficiency improvements (see our testimonials).

We’re on a high-growth trajectory, and we’re looking for people who want to join us on the journey to building a billion-dollar company.

Who you are

We are a young company of highly motivated, ambitious, and hard-working individuals building a billion-dollar business. Our fundamental motivation is to build a state-of-the-art AI product to assist humans in generating intellectual property and to have mass market adoption of our software.

To thrive in this environment, you’ll be motivated to ship product fast – you prioritise speed, are always itching to move faster, and want to put things in the hands of customers to get critical feedback in days, not months. You’re passionate about mass adoption of AI – we’re at the beginning of an exponential curve, and we want to take the latest AI technology and build it into a useful product as quickly as possible. You’re a driven individual with a strong work ethic – our team is committed to going the extra mile, even if it means working long nights and weekends to achieve our goals. You strive for excellence in every aspect of your work – you take ownership of your outcomes and overdeliver on your goals. You’re humble, eager to learn whatever it takes to help your team and customers succeed, and an optimist who thrives in a positive environment.
