About the role

Do you want to own the entire go-to-market playbook at one of the fastest-growing AI startups in Europe? Do you want to be the first marketing hire at a company with eight-figure ARR and 20–30% month-on-month growth, where your work will directly shape how a category-defining product reaches the world? Here's your chance. We are looking for a world-class growth marketer to build and own Solve's GTM function from the ground up. This is not a brand role. It is a demand generation role. You will be joining a lean, ambitious team and building the marketing engine that takes us from eight figures to nine.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building the demand generation engine. You’ll own multi-channel growth across SEO, content, paid, email, events, and partnerships. Every channel you build should be measurable, and you’ll be the one accountable for pipeline contribution from marketing.
  • Defining our positioning and messaging. Solve’s users are senior patent attorneys and IP counsel. They are smart, sceptical, and hard to impress. You’ll work closely with the founders and our patent attorney team to develop messaging that earns their trust rather than their scepticism.
  • Owning marketing infrastructure. Analytics, attribution, tooling, and process. You’ll build it from scratch and own it end to end.
  • Translating domain expertise into content. Patent law is complex. The best content in this space requires genuine understanding of what patent attorneys actually do. You’ll develop that understanding and turn it into content that opens doors.
  • Evolving our brand. Solve has grown to eight-figure ARR largely without a dedicated marketing function. You will shape what the brand becomes as we scale, bringing coherence and ambition to how we show up across every channel and market.
  • Building the marketing function from scratch. You’ll be the first marketing hire. You will have full autonomy to shape exactly what we build and how we build it.

Who you are

We are a young company of highly motivated, ambitious, and hard-working people building something genuinely useful in a market that has barely been touched by modern software. Our users measure quality in tenths of a percentage point. Imprecise marketing does not work here. To thrive in this environment, you’ll care deeply about results over activity. You look at a campaign and ask what it moved, not how much effort went into it. You are high-agency. You do not wait for direction. You set your own priorities, hold yourself accountable, and raise the bar on everything you touch. You pick up complex domains quickly. Patent law is not simple. You will need to understand it well enough to create credible, useful content about it. And you are excited by building from scratch, not inheriting a mature function. We don’t care if you have previous B2B marketing experience – so long as you are passionate about what we do, are willing to work hard, and might be described by your friends as one of the smartest people they know. Legal domain knowledge, whether that is a legal background, time at a legal tech company, or deep familiarity with IP, is a genuine advantage. Our patent attorney team already drives the legal voice in our content, so this is additive rather than required.

What you bring

Must haves:

  • Hands‑on SEO/GEO experience with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Paid acquisition across at least two channels (Google, LinkedIn, or equivalent).
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Extremely organized and able to keep track of multiple projects while constantly context switching.
  • Strong analytical rigour, comfortable in GA4, HubSpot, or equivalent attribution tooling.
  • Capable of creating a dashboard and building a spreadsheet model.
  • Able to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Super high agency and entrepreneurial.

Preferred haves:

  • Experience defining or refining positioning and messaging for a technical product.
  • Track record of working directly with sales or revenue teams on pipeline and conversion.

Nice to haves:

  • Legal tech or professional services marketing background.
  • Experience marketing to a professional or regulated audience (law, finance, healthcare).
  • Familiarity with patent law or IP.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary depending on skill and experience.
  • Significant equity; we want you to take real ownership in Solve Intelligence.
  • Full visa sponsorship.
  • Opportunity to work with a brilliant and ambitious team building something people genuinely want.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • Free meals.
