SOLUX TECH LTD is a growing UK-based technology and consulting company. We support business clients with AI technology enablement, digital product development, workflow design, business process review, marketing and growth consulting, and technology-enabled advisory services. As our client base and AI-related project pipeline continue to grow, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer to support the design and improvement of client-facing digital products, AI-enabled workflows and scalable consulting delivery systems.
Role Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can help translate complex business, consulting and AI-related outputs into clear, user-friendly and commercially practical digital interfaces. This role is not limited to visual design. The successful candidate will work across user research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and interface optimisation. The role will involve collaboration with our consulting, AI/data, operations and client-facing teams. The successful candidate will support both internal product development and client project delivery, including AI-enabled workflows, onboarding journeys, digital dashboards, service delivery portals and client-facing process tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface layouts for web-based and AI-enabled platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and feedback analysis.
- Translate business requirements, consulting outputs and AI workflow concepts into practical digital product designs.
- Support the design of client onboarding journeys, dashboards, internal tools and service delivery interfaces.
- Work with AI/data, consulting and operations teams to improve client-facing digital workflows.
- Create clear product documentation, process maps and design specifications.
- Review and improve the usability, accessibility and commercial practicality of digital tools.
- Support product iteration based on client feedback and internal testing.
- Assist with the development of scalable digital delivery models for consulting and AI implementation projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in UI/UX design, product design, interaction design or a closely related field.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes and user journey maps.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
- Understanding of user research, usability testing and accessibility principles.
- Ability to translate complex business or technical concepts into clear user-facing designs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and ability to design for real business use cases.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, early-stage technology and consulting environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with AI-enabled products, automation tools or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working in consulting, SaaS, fintech, legaltech, regtech, HR tech or business operations environments.
- Understanding of client onboarding systems, workflow automation or dashboard design.
- Basic understanding of data visualisation and product analytics.
- Experience supporting early-stage product development or startup-style delivery teams.
