What You’ll Do
- Support clients with tailored quit plans and ongoing motivation
- Deliver weekly sessions (face-to-face, phone, and virtual)
- Conduct CO monitoring and prescribe Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT)
- Drive and maintain the mobile clinic, reaching underserved areas
- Record outcomes accurately in line with NICE guidelines
- Support outreach events and health promotion in schools and communities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in health promotion or advisory roles
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
- Comfortable with IT systems and managing a caseload
