What You’ll Do
- Support clients with tailored quit plans and ongoing motivation
- Deliver weekly sessions (face-to-face, phone, and virtual)
- Conduct CO monitoring and provide Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT)
- Manage a caseload and maintain accurate records in line with NICE guidelines
- Deliver clinics in community settings across Berkshire
- Support outreach events, workshops, and health promotion activities
- Work with local partners, schools, and community groups to promote stop smoking support
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
- Passion for supporting behaviour change and improving public health
- Confident using IT systems and managing client data
- Well organised with the ability to manage a caseload
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Berkshire
Full training will be provided to support you in delivering evidence-based stop smoking support.
