Our SmokeFree Enfield service, commissioned by Enfield Borough Council, helps local residents quit smoking for good and we need a highly organised, friendly, and motivated Admin Support Officer to help make it happen.
About the role
You’ll be at the heart of our stop smoking servicethe first point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders. From coordinating appointments and managing data, to supporting our Stop Smoking Advisors and helping with community engagement, you’ll make sure our service runs smoothly and efficiently. Every day will be varied, one moment you’ll be answering enquiries and scheduling clinics, the next you’ll be updating databases, producing reports, or helping to plan promotional events. And all the while, you’ll be playing a vital role in helping people take the first steps towards a healthier, smoke-free life.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is highly organised with great attention to detail
Has excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused approach
Is confident with IT and admin tasks (Microsoft Office, databases, etc.)
Can work independently and as part of a supportive team
Understands or is keen to learn about public health and the impact of smoking
Can engage with people from all backgrounds in a respectful, supportive way
