Job title: Power Automate SpecialistLocation: SussexDay rate: £375-£425 per day – Outside IR35 Start date: ASAPDuration: 1-2 months  Job RoleWe are looking to engage with a MS Power Automate Specialist to design, implement, and maintain resilient, automated workflows that support the deployment of real-time display screens across multiple sites in Sussex.As a Power Automate Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating with large internal systems, ensuring that displays screens reflect accurate, relevant data tailored to each location's operational needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain resilient login processes to enable seamless access to various digital displays used on multiple client sites.
  • Automate the launch and navigation of the application, ensuring it opens to a defined screen or module relevant to the context.
  • Design scalable deployment workflows for a wide range of devices and screen types, recognising that a one-size-fits-all approach is not viable due to differing departmental requirements, screen resolutions or physical locations.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand departmental needs and translate them into robust automation and display solutions.
  • Document workflows, configuration, and deployment processes to enable knowledge sharing and future scaling.

  • Creating cloud flows, instant flows, scheduled flows and desktop flows
  • Using triggers, conditions, loops, and actions
