About the service: Southbank is a 100+ year old hotel converted into a mix of 7 self-contained flats & 7 en-suite rooms in the centre of the old town area of Runcorn. Southbank supports clients with complex mental health needs; it is staffed 24 hours a day and has a sleepover covering the nights. Whilst challenging, there is lots of opportunity for the successful candidate to help improve people’s lives and build an excellent team around the service.
What we are looking for:
- Level 2 health & social care qualification or willing to work towards this.
- People that are enthusiastic about making a difference.
- Self‑motivated, empathetic, dynamic, and creative within the care sector.
- Experience of mental health needs and challenging behaviours, this can be work related or from life experiences.
