Your Role
Lead the Quality Management System and assurance activities to ensure products and services meet aerospace regulatory, customer, and business requirements. Drive compliance with regulations, embed a culture of right‐first‐time quality, and continuously improve product conformity, process capability, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain, develop and oversee the Quality Management System Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative solutions Take ownership of quality assurance for key customers Define and report quality KPIs to management Promote a proactive, right‐first‐time quality culture across operations and engineering Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team What we're looking for Degree in Engineering, Materials, Aerospace, or related discipline or equivalent experience Demonstrable experience leading third-party, customer and regulatory audits Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills High attention to detail, organisational rigour, and deadline discipline Strong experience in aerospace quality management Proven leadership of teams and cross‐functional improvement projects Why MSM?
