Solutions for HR is a growing HR and Employment Law consultancy based in Bury providing a complete range of outsourced HR and employment law services to small and medium sized businesses in the North West and beyond.
We are looking for an entry level HR Advisor to work within a team of HR professionals, providing employee relations support to clients. We are not a call centre and provide a range of local and personal services. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career in consultancy. With clients in all sectors and industries, it will provide a broad and varied range of experiences and knowledge.
Are you what we are looking for? You will be an exceptionally well organised administrator, proficient in HR software and systems and hold CIPD Level 5 or above. You will have experience in employee relations and case work, such as probationary reviews, capability, disciplinary and absence management. In addition, you will be able to confidently draft contracts, policies and procedures. You will be comfortable in a generalist, high-volume role, possessing strong attention to detail and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your client support will involve office-based telephone and email support and occasional virtual client or employee facing meetings.
