Solutions for HR is a growing HR and Employment Law consultancy based in Bury providing a complete range of outsourced HR and employment law services to small and medium sized businesses in the North West and beyond.

Established in 2001, we are experienced HR and Employment Law practitioners, providing a range of services including HR and Employment Law Consultancy, Training, Mediation and Coaching.

What You’ll Do

What you’ll be doing

  • New starter onboarding for clients
  • Inputting and processing HR data onto our systems
  • Create HR data reports and provide HR metrics
  • Creation of basic letters including employee change notifications
  • Absence, holiday and HR system administration
  • Obtaining references on behalf of clients
  • Drafting HR related forms for example induction processes and probationary reviews
  • Provide recruitment support including writing job adverts, short listing and arranging interviews
  • Maintaining client files and our internal database
  • Map out and create process workflows
  • How you will be supported

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
