Leeds area, Hybrid role – As ITIL Process Manager / Head of Process Management you will be responsible for leading Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management & Service Asset and Configuration Management.
Successful ITIL Process Manager / Head of Process Management will be responsible for collaborating with Service Desk Managers to deliver and manage a fully integrated ITIL best practice Framework.
As ITIL Process Manager / Head of Process Management you should act as lead for Service Integration in a multi tower environment to define, develop, implement, adopt, and optimise process across all Service Towers within the SIAM model.
Ideally ITIL Process Manager / Head of Process Management would have ITIL Managing Professional (MP) or ITIL Strategic Leader (SP) certification and previous experience within the same sort of role with strong line management. As you\’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, excellent communication is a must and organisational skills and have the ability clearly explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
