Role Overview

As the right-hand partner to the General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and business performance. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support departmental leaders, and ensure smooth execution across all areas of the business. Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations, with a strong emphasis on ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost control, wage ratios, and profitability targets.
  • Support in implementing and refining operational policies and procedures for efficiency and consistency.
  • Financial & Business Performance
  • Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth and profitability across all business units.
  • Contribute to sales initiatives, including corporate and group sales development.
  • Review and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
