My client is a well-established full service hydraulic company.
Established over 35 years ago they provide hydraulic support across the UK & Ireland with over 75 centres enabling them to provide a fantastic service.
Due to recent exciting investments, they are looking to grow and develop their sales team by hiring an energetic, driven Business Development Manager to cover the North Wales area.
As a Business Development Manager covering this area you will work directly for my client and support two or three centres in your patch helping to establish new leads and increase area turnover.

£40,000 (OTE £50,000) - Bonus, 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Car, health care, and pension.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Identifying new business opportunities including markets and clients.
- Building relationships with new and established clients.
- Gathering an understanding of clients needs to be able to provide the best service.
- Complete and maintain relevant records accurately.
- Liaise with various internal centres to support their needs and increase sales.
- Manage sales life cycles and maintain up to date knowledge of clients, market movements, trends and data.
To apply you MUST have or hold
- Understanding of Hydraulic hose replacement process is a benefit.
- Experience within an engineering environment is a must.
- Be hungry and committed and looking to build a career.
- Previous BDM or field-based experience is a benefit but not essential.
- Able to communicate technical information to all personnel.
- Fantastic relationship builder.
- Have a drive to find new business.
- The ability to present yourself professionally.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
- Confident to work independently.
- Be interested in learning within this position.
- A can-do attitude.
- Full UK driving license.
