A specialist lighting consultancy is seeking a Site Maintenance Technician & Workshop Assistant to join their team. The role is primarily workshop-based, assisting with assembly and goods in/out, with 1-2 days per week onsite for maintenance and installation work.
Responsibilities
- Assist with workshop assembly and management of incoming/outgoing goods.
- Conduct onsite maintenance: repair light fixtures, replace fittings, and adjust control systems.
- Support control system programming β training provided.
- Drive a company van to onsite locations.
- Maintain a professional, self-driven, and reliable approach while representing the company\βs values.
Requirements
- Lives locally to the office.
- Full driving license.
- Electrically competent, able to fault-find and carry out minor repairs on-site; ideally qualified.
- Experience in commercial or onsite environments preferred.
- IT/computer literate; willing to learn control system programming.
