We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading plant hire company. This pivotal role involves managing and coordinating a team of service engineers, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients. Responsibilities
- Team Coordination: Scheduling and rolling out a team of service engineers to meet client needs efficiently.
- Job Prioritization: Assessing and prioritizing jobs to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Parts Management: Sourcing and organizing parts required for repairs and maintenance.
- Order Processing: Raising order numbers and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for engineers, providing clear instructions and updates.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any operational challenges that may arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the plant hire or related industry.

Day-to-Day

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota.
