We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position with the Building Services/ Facilities Maintenance industry. This Senior Contract Manager will be running a team of Contract Managers in relation to a large number of NHS contracts throughout the South East.

We require this person to already have a strong background as a Contract Manager within Facilities Maintenance. They need to have experience and knowledge of the functions of the NHS in reference to maintenance service contracts. We also need this person to have a strong technical knowledge of HVAC. Due to the nature of the position, this person will need to attend the Dartford office when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Building Services Maintenance
  • Must have worked as a Contract Manager
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC
  • Experience in dealing with NHS service contracts (M&E)
  • Able to commute to the Dartford office when required
  • Ability to estimate service contracts
