Job Overview:
They are a global leader in providing industrial process solutions across a range of sectors. They are looking for a Capital Sales Manager to drive growth in the UK markets. This role focuses on selling Capital Equipment, across commercial and industrial sectors (Mining & Minerals/ Environmental). The ideal candidate will be a hunter that can help meet the growth plans, proactive, and experienced in managing a sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within the waste management industry.
- Focus on selling waste and chemical equipment with a commercial and industrial target market.
- Work independently with full autonomy to manage workload and schedule.
- Build and maintain client relationships, with an initial 80/20 split between new business and account management.
- Maintain CRM records to track sales progress and customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments for sales support and training.
- Participate in remote and on-the-road sales activities, with a flexible work schedule tailored to personal preference.
Qualification & Experience:
- Proven experience in capital sales, preferably in waste management Mine & Mineral or Environmental Waste (Any background selling Capital equipment with similar AOV & Sales Cycle.)
- Strong understanding of waste and recycling technologies.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on national-level sales, managing client relationships and business development.
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule, balancing remote work, office-based duties, and travel.
