We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Regional Powered Access Engineer to join our team. This role involves covering three depots located in West London, Portsmouth, and Bristol. You will work on a wide range of powered access machinery, ensuring they are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Conducting routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of powered access machinery.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently.
- Ensuring all equipment complies with safety and operational standards.
- Providing technical support and advice to depot teams when required.
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
- Travelling between depots in West London, Portsmouth, and Bristol to provide on-site support.
- Adhering to company policies and health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with powered access machinery or similar equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Day-to-Day
- Travelling to depots in West London, Portsmouth, and Bristol to carry out maintenance and repairs.
- Inspecting and diagnosing faults on powered access machinery.
- Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Liaising with depot managers and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Keeping detailed records of all work completed.
- Responding to urgent repair requests and providing timely solutions.
