Remote UK Role

£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Company Car

We're recruiting for an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Sales, Design & Applications Engineer to join a growing specialist contractor working across food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial and process cooling sectors.

This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on existing service and maintenance customers, identifying lifecycle replacement, upgrade and energy‑efficiency opportunities rather than high-volume cold calling.

The Role

• Carry out site surveys and equipment audits
• Identify replacement, upgrade and refurbishment opportunities
• Design refrigeration and cooling solutions
• Select equipment and prepare quotations
• Support customers with technical advice and application support
• Develop additional business within existing accounts
• Support projects from enquiry through to handover

Requirements

• 5+ years refrigeration industry experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial refrigeration systems
• Experience with site surveys, equipment selection and quotations
• Knowledge of DX systems, process cooling and refrigeration plant
• CO₂ experience advantageous but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
