The Company: Our client is a leading OEM, specializing in the manufacture of Checkweigher, X-ray, vision inspection, and track & trace machines, supplying to key industries such as Food, Pharma, Bakery, and Dairy. Originating in Germany over 30 years ago, the company has since expanded to employ 30 people in the UK.
The Role: We are seeking an ambitious Sales Engineer with a passion for B2B sales. You’ll be joining a growing team to help drive sales of high-tech packaging machinery across the North UK region.
- Proven track record in inside or external sales.
- Expertise in generating leads and managing a sales pipeline.
- Background in capital equipment sales preferred, particularly in food and pharma industries.
- Engaging in technical consultative sales with customers.
- Target-driven and capable of managing a heavy workload.
- Key account management experience.
- An engineering background (electrical/mechanical) is preferred but not essential.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience selling bespoke capital equipment or machinery to blue chip OEMs.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
