We are an established and highly respected provider of technical training and qualifications to the water utility sector. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are now seeking an additional Learning & Development Coach to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team.

The Role

As a Learning & Development Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting learners throughout their training journey, combining workplace-based coaching with classroom delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, assessing, and reviewing learning activities with learners in the workplace
  • Delivering classroom-based training to groups of up to 12 learners
  • Monitoring learner progress throughout the programme and conducting formal reviews with learners and employers at least every 12 weeks
  • Tracking and recording vocational progress in line with programme requirements
  • Completing assessment and compliance paperwork to required audit standards
  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed and actively promoted
  • Contributing to ongoing review and evaluation processes to support continuous improvement

About You

  • Proven water network distribution experience (leakage experience would be a distinct advantage)
  • A minimum of 5 years’ industry experience
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Able to pass an enhanced DBS
  • Ideally based in Yorkshire
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and work flexible hours
  • A willingness to work towards and achieve relevant professional qualifications
