A well-established, family-owned material handling business with a strong heritage dating back to the 1980s. With three branches across the North West, the company has built a solid reputation for quality service, long-standing customer relationships, and a supportive, close-knit team culture. Continued growth means they are now looking to expand their engineering team.

This is a field-based position for a multi-skilled Mobile Forklift Engineer, covering primarily South Cheshire and Stoke. You’ll be responsible for attending customer sites to service, maintain, and repair a range of material handling equipment, including forklifts and access equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintenance, and repair of gas, diesel, and electric forklifts
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
  • Attending breakdowns and carrying out on-site repairs
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Managing your own workload efficiently across multiple sites
The Package
  • £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
  • Company van + fuel card (personal use option available)
  • Door-to-door pay

About You
  • Experience working on forklifts or similar material handling equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
