Role Objective

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring compliance with health and safety, statutory regulations, and contractual requirements. This role focuses on water hygiene and plumbing services, including diagnosing issues, implementing effective solutions, and maintaining legislative compliance across managed assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across your designated region.
  • Collaborate with scheduling teams and supervisors to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform monitoring and water hygiene tasks in line with ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidelines.
  • Carry out plumbing works, including installation, servicing, and maintenance.
  • Complete all required documentation to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues.
  • Act as lead operative on-site during project work.
  • Identify and report potential compliance issues or required remedial works.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Water Treatment industry.
  • Level 2 or Level 3 (Advanced) Plumbing qualification, including experience with large pipework.
  • Experience in servicing, installing, and testing thermostatic mixer valves (TMVs).
  • Strong knowledge of domestic, commercial, and industrial water systems.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance (ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01, Water Regulations, BS 8580).
